Our historical Colonial House is our largest two-story rental with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, comfortably sleeping 10 people. The main floor features a large bedroom with a queen size bed, a second bedroom with a twin, a spacious living room with a pull-out couch and roll-away, a full bath, and a fully equipped kitchen. The first floor also offers two separate dining areas and a large walk out deck, perfect for family gatherings or entertaining guests.
The second floor features two apartment-style dwellings each with full kitchens with a walk-out large deck patio area and full baths. The east apartment has a bedroom with a queen, living/dining area and full bath. The second upstairs apartment has a bedroom with 2 queens and a full bath with a bathtub/shower combo. This unique design offers large groups an rare opportunity stay together in one house with added privacy and space.
