Colonial House

The Colonial House is our largest rental with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. It comfortably sleeps up to 10 people. The main floor has a bedroom with a queen size bed, bedroom with a twin, living room area with a pull-out couch and roll-away, full bath and kitchen. The second floor has a bedroom with a queen, another bedroom with 2 queens, 2 full baths and 2 kitchens. The Colonial House also has 2 large patios off the North side of the house with a gas grill.
 
This large and spacious home is located only 200ft off our 132ft sandy private beach and only a short half mile walk along the bay to downtown Traverse City!
