Carriage House

The Carriage House is a two story, 3 bedroom &  2 bath rental that sleeps 10 guests, offering a perfect blend of comfort and space for your island getaway. The first floor features a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen including a full-sized fridge and stove, a full bath, and a spacious living and dining area with a pull-out couch designed for entertaining. Upstairs, you’ll find additional bedrooms thoughtfully arranged to accommodate your group with ease. The second floor offers a bedroom with full-sized bed, a second spacious bedroom with two full-sized beds and bunkbeds. Sitting conveniently between the two bedrooms is the second full bathroom with shower. The House has a covered patio with gas grill and plenty of private adjacent yard area for dining, bon fires and recreation. The carriage house is also fully handicap accessible with ground level entrance ,wide front door and a first floor bathroom with optional fold-down bench in the shower. This large and spacious home is located steps from our 132ft sandy private beach and only a short half mile walk along the bay to downtown Traverse City!
