Conveniently located a half mile down the bay from downtown Traverse City as well as the coveted Old Mission Peninsula (wineries)
Be transported back to a quieter time in one of our vintage cottages from the 1950’s. These cottages offer many conveniences of home including fully equipped kitchens, bed and bath linens, air-conditioning, as well as cable TV and internet! Our Houses accommodate between 2-10 people each. A Perfect centrally located spot for a family retreat, bachelorette party, or romantic getaway!

All cabins are located in close proximity to each other as well as our 132’ private beach which sits directly on beautiful West Bay.
LODGING
The property houses a variety of different sized accommodations to fit every need, from a romantic getaway for two, up to ten in our Colonial House!
Or combine several smaller rentals to allow for individual privacy while still being within close proximity to each other, making it perfect for family reunions, bachelor/ette
parties and large get togethers!

Starting in the Spring of 2018 second generation management will be taking over and completing many upgrades to the cottages and property. We have taken suggestions from past guests and reviews and put together a plan to ensure all future guests stay is above and beyond expectations!
